Hailing from Hokkaido, He has worked in various hotels and ryokan including Imperial Hotel Osaka, The Ritz-Carlton Osaka, ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe, Amanemu, and Kairi murakami (Iki).He has experience starting from the hotel opening preparation room and improving business operations. He has held positions such as department manager for accommodation, F&B, management, food hygiene, risk management, quality management, acting hotel manager, and general manager in various departments within hotels.
From the desire of regional development, particularly island development, Ritomaru was founded.
He strongly believes that there is still untapped value in remote islands. The clear air, ever-changing scenery of the sky, sea, and mountains, abundant natural resources, local people, history, and culture are all fascinating and wonderful. They enrich the hearts of those who visit and give them strength.
The reality is that many people don't even know about these remote islands. He feels a deep desire to let more people know about these places and bring them a richer way of life. He is convinced that by understanding the problems and challenges faced through interaction with islanders, he can contribute to the revitalization of remote islands and energize Japan
